One of the first questions concerns the duration of the implementation. Typically, a full integration takes between 4 and 8 weeks, depending on the complexity of existing systems and the volume of data. Our technical teams work closely with the client's IT department to minimize disruptions.

Another common topic is compatibility with already used ERPs. The Versotek platform supports integration with the most common ERP systems in Romania, including SAP, Oracle, and local solutions. We test connections in a sandbox environment before moving to production.

Clients frequently ask about data security. All data is stored in certified data centers within the European Union, and access is controlled through multi-factor authentication and end-to-end encryption. Security audits are conducted quarterly.

Regarding technical support, we offer assistance in Romanian, available Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. For critical emergencies, there is a priority channel with a response within a maximum of 2 hours. All requests are managed through a ticketing system, and clients can track progress in real time.

Another frequent question concerns additional costs after implementation. The monthly subscription includes software updates, standard technical support, and access to all contracted modules. Additional customizations or complex integrations may require a separate evaluation, but we provide a transparent estimate before starting.

Finally, many clients want to know how the transition from the old system to the new one is done. The process includes a parallel testing period, where both systems run simultaneously, to verify the accuracy of data and workflows. After validation, the final migration is performed, and our team provides personalized training for users.
